General terms and conditions

Conditions of registration:

Registration is valid only after completing the registration form on www.ssfc.cz. You will be sent a reply email confirming your registration, which also serves as your conference ticket.
You must inform us of a change of the attendee by sending an email to info@ssf.cz.
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme and the right not to accept the application.

Personal data processing:

The Organiser processes personal data concerning the Conference participants and/or speakers (name, surname, including company ID number, phone number, e-mail address, photos from the conference, including those of participants, the profiles of the speakers and their personal photographs) for the following purposes according to the appropriate legal bases:

1st purpose of personal data processing:

In order to educate and inform the professional and general public concerning the management of radioactive waste (specific activity: the management of the personal data of the participants of and speakers at the Safe and Sustainable End of the Fuel Cycle 2020 Conference) under the legal basis by GDPR: data subject’s consent.

2nd purpose of personal data processing:

In order to educate and inform the professional and general public concerning the management of radioactive waste (repeated invitations of participants of and speakers at the said Conference and other events from the Conference Organiser in the form of marketing offers) under the legal basis by GDPR: data subject’s consent .

The participant and/or speaker declares that he/she agrees to the processing of his/her data and that he/she has been informed of the scope, purpose, time of processing, conditions of withdrawal of consent and other data processing conditions. The retention period of such personal data is 3 years.

The participant and/or speaker retains the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time via the following e-mail address: info@ssfc.cz under the conditions specified via GDPR. Furthermore, the participant and/or speaker retains the following rights under Articles 15 to 22 of GDPR: the right to access to his/her personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (“to be forgotten”), the right to limitation and objection, etc. (see GDPR).
